Crissi Cupak brings deep experience as product strategist for enterprise software to help shape the continued evolution of Alli

PMG has tapped Crissi Cupak as head of product. Cupak, a seasoned product leader with a strong track record in the martech space, will spearhead PMG’s efforts to innovate and deliver top-tier solutions that drive customer success.

In this role, Cupak will lead the strategy and vision for some of PMG’s most crucial products and help deliver industry-leading martech software that solves complex problems and enhances customers’ marketing integrations and operations. She will lead the product team in developing solutions-focused strategies, engaging with customers to tailor offerings to their needs, and acting as a key evangelist and driver of the future roadmap for Alli, PMG’s award-winning marketing intelligence and automation platform. She will also provide cross-functional team leadership across engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure a cohesive approach to product development and launch.

“The emergence of tech-driven services has turned into a full-blown imperative for media agencies in recent years,” said Cupak. “PMG has been at the forefront of innovating technology that supports customer marketing objectives. I was attracted by their speed of development backed by 100 engineers, deep partnerships with publishers and customers, and vision to build Alli into a full-fledged SaaS offering.”

Cupak brings to PMG 20+ years of experience, spanning media strategy, software development, and new product launches. She joined PMG from Skai, a SaaS-based omnichannel marketing platform, where she served as vice president of product. During her tenure, she defined the vision and strategy for omnichannel marketing software, focusing on growth and market expansion. She was instrumental in the successful launch of the Skai Decision Pro product suite in January 2024. 

PMG’s head of technology Chris Alvares, commented: “Crissi’s extensive experience and innovative mindset make her a perfect fit for PMG and underscores our continued investment in Alli. Her leadership will be pivotal as we continue to push the boundaries of what’s possible in marketing technology and to deliver exceptional value to our customers.”

Cupak is based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and will report to Alvares.

Over the years, Alli has been used to power award-winning campaigns for ambitious brands, from Nike to Sephora. The platform manages more than $4 billion in media spend, with 15.2 billion data points streamed daily. PMG recently launched Audience Planner, a new AI-driven feature that gives PMG a unique capability to plan audiences that are directly addressable, creating a seamless end-to-end solution from strategic insights to media trafficking.
