PMG has picked up global media duties for ServiceNow, following a competitive pitch. As its global brand media agency of record, PMG is responsible for crafting and implementing a global media strategy and omnichannel brand campaigns to build brand awareness and facilitate demand generation for the Fortune 500 company.

As the AI platform for business transformation, ServiceNow connects people, processes, data, and devices to increase productivity and maximize business outcomes. One of PMG’s mandates is to help bring continued and sustained awareness of ServiceNow’s advanced platform and generative AI capabilities to new and existing enterprise customers in key geographic markets. To service the account, PMG will leverage the data-driven insights and intelligence from its proprietary, AI-powered marketing technology platform, Alli.

PMG’s first major campaign for ServiceNow – “Put AI to Work for People” – will highlight ServiceNow’s leadership in supporting its customers via artificial intelligence. The ServiceNow business comes amidst other recent AOR wins for PMG, including Solo Stove and JSX, in addition to work for long-standing clients, including Nike, Kohler, Lilly Pulitzer, Green Mountain Energy, Ralph Lauren, and Therabody.
