J.Crew Names PMG Media Agency of Record

PMG, a leading independent marketing and technology solutions company, has been selected by J.Crew Group as its media agency of record following a competitive review. In this role, PMG is responsible for media across all brands, including J.Crew, Madewell, and J.Crew Factory.
While Madewell has been a longstanding active PMG client, the media AOR appointment marks the return of J.Crew and J.Crew Factory to PMG’s client roster. To service the account, PMG will leverage the data-driven insights and intelligence from its proprietary Alli marketing technology platform.

PMG will be responsible for steering the brand’s media across digital channels and applying its expertise in Integrated Media Strategy & Planning, Digital Media, and Data & Measurement powered by the Alli platform, which has been key to Madewell’s continued success. PMG’s proven track record of devising fully integrated media campaigns that reach their diverse audiences aligns with J.Crew’s commitment to being a classic and inclusive label.
