PMG Celebrates Innovation, Employee Excellence in 2023 Alli Engineering Awards
Earlier this month, we celebrated the Alli Engineering Awards, an internal program that honors the outstanding achievements of our software engineers and cross-functional team members every quarter. The awards span five categories: Innovation Trailblazers, Development Excellence, Collaboration, Mentorship & Leadership, and Mountain Movers, with honorees hailing from various teams across the organization.

Recipients of this quarter's Alli Engineering Awards were given a unique hourglass award that not only signifies their efforts but underscores PMG’s vision to be the most respected global independent digital company powered by technology and amazing people. The hourglass serves as a poignant reminder that the window to fully embrace artificial intelligence (AI) and emerging technologies is quickly narrowing as the industry continues to evolve. In celebration of these honorees, we hosted an incredibly fun awards ceremony and event in the PMG Dallas Office with the entire team.
This award celebrates Jeremy’s groundbreaking work in generative AI, coupled with his initiative to improve PMG’s incident management process, showcasing his continued commitment to pushing the boundaries in technology.
Talin was awarded the Development Excellence award for her steadfast commitment and impressive achievements as the lead frontend engineer on the Alli Alerts project.
Nicholas’ was honored with this award for his drive and exceptional ability to dive into new challenges and swiftly integrate new technologies, particularly in mastering tools like Terraform and the latest advancements in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Tani’s unparalleled contributions in backend engineering have been transformative for the entire organization, thanks to her pivotal role in collaborating with partners like Disney+ and The Trade Desk on our biggest initiatives and special projects.
Stephen was honored for his efforts in fostering new partnerships and always being an effective team player and collaborator, within PMG and beyond, which has significantly contributed to the success of countless projects.
Jena was recognized for her dedication to teamwork and cross-functional collaboration, including her recent volunteerism to work closely with the Alli Data pillar, as she's been truly instrumental in developing new data sources. Most notably, she played a leading role in integrating Reddit and pioneering Tagger, which marks our first foray into influencer and creator data integrations.
We recognized Yashodhara with this honor for her exemplary leadership during a recent team offsite and Google AI workshop, as well as her professional development achievements, such as passing the AWS exam, which has set a commendable standard.
Chris was honored for his continued mentorship and unwavering support across seemingly every project, as his leadership and technical expertise have made him an essential contributor and mentor for many on the team.
As a true role model, Shlok's dedication and expertise in leading key Alli projects have been critically important in guiding the entire team towards continued success.
As one of PMG’s incredible recruiters, Janie’s efforts in identifying and onboarding outstanding talent have played a pivotal role in strengthening and expanding our team.
