PMG’s Predictive Dashboard Wins Innovation Award

PMG is among the winners of the inaugural SmartBrief Innovation Awards for Business Travelers. Our team was honored in the Business Intelligence Software category for its work behind a custom predictive dashboard built for Best Western, helping the brand lead during the travel industry’s recovery during 2020.
Powered by PMG’s Alli technology, the on-demand custom dashboard predicts the timing of bookings and revenue driven by PMG-managed media. The predictive nature of the dashboard allows Best Western to better manage its business and investments and gives the company unprecedented visibility into travelers’ stays within the month, as well as revenue for stays booked for future months.

The Innovation Awards were launched to “elevate and honor the technologies and solutions transforming the end-to-end guest experience — building traveler confidence and supporting the resurgence of business travel.” Other winners included United Airlines for its contactless payment solution and Hotel Engine for its business lodging performance platform.
