PMG Named Ad Age Best Places to Work 8th Consecutive Year
With PMG since 2012, David Gong has led marketing initiatives at PMG, drawing on his past experience at agencies, publishers, and industry partners.
For the eighth time in a row, PMG has been named among Ad Age’s Best Places to Work. The 2023 list honors 50 companies that “did a standout job” over the past year as the industry navigated “the challenges of a tight talent pool, uncertain economy and the ongoing effects of the pandemic,” according to Ad Age. PMG ranked among the top companies with more than 200 employees, reflecting employee scores of the company’s policies and benefits, communications and leadership.
Throughout the past year, PMG continued its 12-year streak of growth, making the recognition all the more impressive amid the company’s rapid expansion. Our global team grew 32 percent in 2022, with all areas of the company seeing bolstered ranks.
“The tight labor market forced every business in the industry to compete for talent, and the 2023 Best Places to Work winners proved the value of understanding what employees want today,” said Dan Peres, president and editor-in-chief of Ad Age, in a statement. “Companies will face challenges this year with the economy and ongoing effects of the pandemic, but winning workplaces understand that taking care of employees is central to business success.”

The honor from Ad Age is just the latest award to recognize PMG’s workplace culture. Earlier this month, BuiltIn named PMG one of its Best Places to Work, and in 2022, the company was named among Fast Company's Best Workplaces for Innovators, among other accolades.
